2. Use of Services

• Eligibility: By using our services, you represent that you are legally capable of entering into a binding contract and that you are not prohibited from using our services under applicable law.
• Account Setup: Some services may require you to create an account or provide specific information. You agree to provide accurate and up-to-date information and to maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials.
• Service Description: We offer performance-based lead generation services for spray coating professionals in the UK. Our services are detailed on our website and may be updated from time to time.
• Ownership: We own all the landing pages and domains we build/create for our service. If the client terminates the written agreement, they have no right to any assets including the domain and website we create for the service.

3. Payment Terms

• Commission-Based Payment: We operate on a commission-based model. You only pay us a commission on the revenue generated from jobs booked through leads provided by us.
• Google Advertising Costs: Clients are responsible for covering the cost of Google ads campaigns as part of our service. These costs are paid directly to Google and are not included in our commission.
• No Upfront Fees: We do not charge any upfront fees or monthly retainers for our services.
• Invoicing and Payment: Invoices for our commission are issued monthly. Payments are due within 7 days of the invoice date. Payments are expected to be paid on booking, not job completion.

4. Lead Exclusivity

• Exclusive Leads: Unlike many lead generation services, we provide exclusive leads to our clients. Leads generated through our services are not sold or shared with multiple businesses.
• Lead Accuracy: While we strive to provide accurate and high-quality leads, we do not guarantee that every lead will result in a successful booking or sale.

5. Termination

• Termination by Client: You may terminate your use of our services at any time by providing us with written notice. Termination will not affect any outstanding payments due to us.
• Termination by Us: We reserve the right to terminate or suspend your access to our services at any time, with or without notice, for any reason, including but not limited to breach of these terms.

6. Limitation of Liability

• No Warranties: Our services are provided on an “as-is” basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or suitability of our services for your purposes.
• Liability Limitation: To the maximum extent permitted by law, SprayGrowth UK shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, arising out of or related to your use of our services.
